Psychotherapist
The more time I spend in this field, the more I realise how important mental health is - expressing emotions, communication, awareness - all these things help people to feel satisfied with life, and as soon as there is an imbalance in this system, anxiety, depression, psychosomatic symptoms, problems with relationships, self-esteem, sexuality, etc. develop.
I counsel patients with the aim of improving their quality of life, to feel confident about themselves and thus be able to establish long-lasting, harmonious relationships with others, and to be aware of how past experiences influence the present.
I believe that psychotherapy can help anyone if they want to learn something new about themselves or understand themselves better; therapy can be an emotionally corrective experience that takes place in an empathic, present, caring and emotionally safe environment.
I work with teenagers and adults.
I use psychodynamic therapy, crisis intervention therapy, supportive therapy, with elements of cognitive-behavioural therapy, depending on what would be most appropriate for the individual patient.
