Dance and art therapist

Dance and movement therapy is a creative process where the emphasis is on the interaction of mind and body. It is a place where dance and psychology meet, for the psychological, physical and emotional well-being of a person. It promotes the body's awareness, feeling, creativity, endurance, flexibility, examines boundaries and complements the diversity of movements. Dance and movement therapy teaches you to identify and talk about what is important. I work with children, teenagers and adults. Interested in working with children and adolescents with emotional, communication and behavioral difficulties.
