Nutrition plays an important role in human life. Eating habits are one of the factors that affect our health. There is often a misconception among people that nutritionists force very restrictive diets to the exclusion of their favorite products. In fact, I don't ban any products, but I point out dietary mistakes and help change them by giving tips and new recipes that I've tried myself. I advise my patients not to resist change and to be purposeful. Only with the willpower and determination can a good result be achieved in any area of life, including a change in eating habits.
I specialize in weight correction, as well as provide consultations in case of various diseases (diseases of the digestive system, gout, anemia, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases). I am deeply interested in preventive medicine and nutrition in case of irritable bowel syndrome. In case of irritable bowel syndrome, I use the Low FODMAP diet, which provides improvement in well-being in up to 80% of cases. I gained my knowledge about the use of diet in the training of the University of Monash (Australia).
