I am a clinical psychologist, who provides individual counseling for adults and adolescents from the age of 16, as well as perform full psychological research for adults and adolescents (except for opinions to courts). I use working methods of different approaches: psychoanalytic, cognitive-behavioral, circuit therapy work elements.
In counseling, the most important thing is to understand the personal significance of the difficulties of a particular client and an appropriate, personal approach.
I work on topics such as: prolonged depression (more than 2 weeks), prolonged anxiety, relationship difficulties, chronic overwork, behavioral problems in children, crisis support, grief, conflict, growth / self-realization, loneliness, stress management, etc.
