Zinta Tiļļa-Zirne

Clinical psychologist

During lifetime, each of us faces a variety of challenges, and these often affect mood, behavior, relationships, and psychological health in general. Even in very difficult circumstances, a person has the opportunity to find inner strength and resources, but sometimes the layers of thoughts and emotions hinder a clear view of the situation and possible solutions. In such cases, there may be helpful psychological support.

I provide counseling and psychological support to adults in cases of various anxiety disorders, long-term depression, chronic stress and psychological tension, burnout, low self-esteem and others.

When working with clients, cognitive-behavioral therapy methods and awareness-based methods are used.
