I believe that an orderly, balanced and full-fledged menu is of paramount importance in the prevention of various diseases and the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle in general, but it is very easy for people to get confused in today's crowd of information. I have learned the latest and most up-to-date information in the field of nutrition. I want to help people with pre-existing conditions (cardiovascular disease, gout, diabetes, obesity, etc.) as well as those who simply want to improve their diet, reduce or increase weight. When creating menus and making recommendations, it is important to me that it is realistic for the individual. A healthy diet does not have to be burdensome, but an organic supplement to a person's daily life so that it can be sustainable and produce the desired results.
As an athlete who has participated in several Latvian and European competitions, I am interested in the diet of professional and amateur athletes, I am also interested in vegetarianism, the beneficial effects of probiotic products on the body and the creation of seasonal, quick and easy menus.
